Dang I paid $20 last week during their charity sale on that little UV light last week.

Oh well, any recommendations on a charger for the 18650 batteries?

They're top notch. Great edc flashlights that should last a good while and also hold a decent resale value. I'm cheap so I use a AA led flashlight I got for free from work otherwise, it be in on this deal.

Good build quality (5 yr warranty), good Ui, good aesthetics (not necessarily color choices) and excellent customer support. Also, very bright lights.

A lot of people hate two things about this light, #1 is the user interface to cycle through modes. #2 is the light is 7000k color on this flashlight, very blue. $48 is the CCC low on Amazon, so $54 for it plus a UV light seems very solid to me if you're in the market for it.

Direct competition:
https://www.amazon.com/ThruNite-T...B07JCFY3N4

$49.99 which is lowest price on CCC so far, and it offers $3 off YMMV.

TL;DR the color and color rendering index on this flashlight (S2R ii) is extremely poor. Even the fanboys of Olight find this version to be a downgrade over the original light temperature and CRI. This item is _constantly_ on sale, and they should just drop the price completely and stop pretending these are sales.

Does this one also come with a green-tinted LED, as is common with Olight products?

Be more specific. There are plenty of brighter flashlights for less money, but they may be 10x the size, not be water proof, and may require much more draw to power it.

This is a fine flashlight in general _BUT_ the CRI and color temperature is an absolute joke on this flashlight. The previous version was a lot better.

I would suggest browsing: https://www.reddit.com/r/flashlig..._solstice/

You could check out the Sofirn SP31 v2.0 which is around $30 out the door from Amazon.

There is the Thrunite TN12 which is the #1 recommended flashlight on /r/flashlight for pretty much ages due to what it offers for it's price. It's cheaper, but not water proof as far as I know.

You also have the Emisar D4v2 and Thrunite Neutron 2C if you like e-switches, or you can check out the Astrolux S41 or if you like modding, you can check out the Convoy S2+/SST-20.

Out of all the options, the TC15 is currently on sale for $13 less than I've seen before. So solid option right now.

The little UV light is fun to determine how good (or bad) your aim is on those late night pee toilet visits.
