    I have had this tree for two years and my cat spends a significant amount of time jumping around and sleeping on it. I wish it was beat up enough to take advantage of this great deal, but it is of great quality so I no not need one. A good problem to have.

    Have this as well as my sister who bought it for $99 a few years ago. Very good deal at this price, I have no idea how they're making money off it. They've sold it at this price before too.

    The lower ramp is never used by the cats and it'a a waste of floor space. Maybe if your cat is old, it will help.
