    This is working for me. I had to add it to my account, then log in, then go to check out, then it will drop in price on the final step. I am on desktop, which I know sometimes makes a difference on Best Buy.

    On the top left-hand corner, this says 90-day guarantee on the Best Buy website; however, Dyson says it is Jan 31, 2020, for holiday season, any idea if the 90-day guarantee is offered by Best Buy? I don't have the return window written on my online order summary, and couldn't initiate an online chat with them. Thanks!

    Id suggest buying it directly from dyson as you would get a free gift. Just chat and ask for the 20% loyalty discount, should come to the same price as BB and with a free gift

    Make sure you get a warranty because it breaks down pretty frequently. After one use it stopped working for me, and I got mine straight from dyson. Getting the airwarp from dyson may be a better option as they have a payment plan through Affirm if you do not have a Bestbuy card.

    Also, the whole wrapping the hair through suction will not work for kinky African American hair but the brush attachment works.

    thank you OP and group members.. i got one from dyson and they told me return date is 14th jan 2020 for holiday season.

    I was also able to swap the free gift, from woven bag to dyson styling set. if that helps anyone.
