FYI:

"RoboVac 30C doesn't support "smart mapping technology", it uses Bounce technology to navigate when cleaning. It will go straight until it detects an obstacle and subsequently change direction. Different cleaning modes will cause it to take different paths. It will return to the charging base automatically when the battery level is low. "

We got the 11c Pet Edition for $69 from Walmart almost exactly a year ago, per an SD thread. We have two dogs - both mutts, one husky and one hound - and both shed like crazy (but their fur accumulates differently). The 11c only has 1200 Pa of suction, but it does a great job. I'd assume this one, with 1500 Pa, would do even better.

Room mapping would be nice, but if you're running it every day - which, in my mind, is the purpose of these - it shouldn't make much difference. Everyone's house is different, though, so I suppose it's possible our layout just works well without mapping.

This is the question that I had. I plan to move it to different floors so it can clean, is a robot that doesn't do mapping better for scenarios like that?

A good question. I have no idea if you have mapping profiles or something, to tell it that it's in a different place (and to use the map of that area). I would imagine that this isn't very common (you either keep it on a single floor, or get two), so it doesn't store maps of different floors. And in that case, yeah, mapping might actually be problematic (though you can probably turn that off). And so you might as well save money on one that doesn't do it.

Like I said, I think these "dumb" units work best when run daily or semi-regularly, depending on your dirt level. Our dogs never stop shedding, so it runs at 10am every morning. It's the only way to keep up. I think it's only rated for around 1200sqft, and the floor we have it on is more than that (1600sqft, maybe?), so it definitely misses something every day. If it had mapping, it would probably get those areas after recharging. Still, I've never noticed any obviously missed areas.

While I'm describing our setup, we have hardwood floors with area rugs in the living spaces, with tile in the bathroom. One dog's fur makes "tumbleweeds", while the other's just sticks to everything. Again, no obviously missed areas.

This deal here combines the 30c w/ free $45 Eufy scale. May help to merge the too. This may be better than the Walmart deal if you're also in the need of a scale.
