They worked out good for me. Bought on a Monday. They shipped on Wednesday and got it the following Monday from California. The freight guys will open the box and turn on the TV to see it's ok and no damages. TV came in good shape and box wasn't beat to crap.

I bought one this summer, arrived damaged--screen was cracked. They asked for pics for insurance purposes, was approved for RMA shortly after submitting. Return was simple enough and refund was pretty quick after they got it back.
