For anyone who missed out on this deal several weeks ago, it looks like Phillips is running a similar promotion where you can get $5 off your first brush head when you subscribe. Clicking the link should show a coupon under each item where it says save $5 and you can then sign up to receive your choice of brush head every 3 months. This is not as good as the last deal but but still a significant discount. The nicer heads (diamondclean and plaque control) are $11.99 every 3 months, but with this 'deal', your first brush head will be $7. There is also a 2nd tier head that is $7.99, or $3 after discount for the 1st head. Thanks for looking.

If anyone has trouble with cancelling the brush head subscription, call the number on the invoice, 800-682-7664, NOT the number on the website (833-259-1605).

I called and was given a case number pending manual cancellation due to system error (the "waiting for device" error).

You do NOT have to return the brush head - which you paid for (albeit only 1 cent with the previous offer).

Umm what? No.. last time when they were $1.00.. as far as them 'wanting them back' as you say, that's not a thing that happened. I was charged $1 and my brush head arrived about 5 days later. pretty simple.

If we did the previous deal from October ($1) and already received our first delivery, do you know if we can cancel that now and sign up for this and get the $5 off on the new subscription's first delivery?

Devices are expected to be sent back. The brush heads are a sale, albeit for only $0.01. Escalate the case if the moron insists you send the brush head - you paid for - back.

How do you add more than one into the subscription? For example, if more than one person in the house uses them.

I got in on the last deal. Got my delivery and then canceled. They most definitely sent an email with a pre-paid UPS label to return the brush head. The message read:

"We're sorry to hear you've chosen to cancel your subscription. In order to stop your payments, we need to receive your subscription product back from you.

We need to receive the device back as soon as possible within the next 7 days to prevent additional charges."


While I highly doubt they actually want the used brush back, I always use the Privacy chrome extension to create a unique one-time use card number for deals like this.

I got the one cent deal a couple of weeks ago and it took over a week to ship it to me, I didn't care how long it took to ship cuz I just bought a new 4100 series and did not need it right away.

I cancelled subscription day before it arrived but it took a few attempts at logging into my account to find the right path to cancel without the 'ship' back button, I think as someone posted in one cent thread (last few pages in deal talk iirc) click deal link from the OP from one cent deal and add one of the handles to the cart I think I added 7.99 handle and then login and I think I chose subscription from menu and then cancel subscription and that's it, at least that's what worked for me ymmv.

You like others probably clicked the wrong cancelation button. I cancelled 3 of them and did not receive a single return email
