Yeah I missed this because the att site kept error-ing out. When it finally went through, it was all depleted!

Unless you're a Platinum benefits customer (i.e. multiple premium bundled services), you'll get nowhere with a complaint. I left a complaint via Facebook social media about their app and main website being unreachable when the promotion opened, as well as the rapid depletion of available freebies (it took less than 5 mins yesterday after opening for the available cards to be gone!), and the first thing they asked for was my account information and benefits level. When I replied I was at a Gold level, they never replied back.

Look, I get it - marketing promos have limited budgets, it's first come first served for this, AT&T wants to reward its best customers; but if the point of AT&T's promo is to build customer loyalty and raise its brand value, making the promotion fair, easy to use, and error free would be a start.

If AT&T can screw up saying what should be (in theory) a simple "thank you" to its customers, what sort of confidence do I have in AT&T in not screwing up delivery of the key services I'm buying?

It says in the app I claimed it but I didn't get the email with the instructions on how to claim it. This mean I'm not getting it? This app is the worst.

I think there's a limit of 1 a week. I got one last week, got another one today. Last week after I got one, the day after I tried it again and it told me I can't get anymore that week.

My tip is to start clicking the claim button at 11:59 sharp. At 12:00 sharp when you click it, the page will take longer than usual to load, JUST WAIT. If you don't wait it out and refresh then you lose your place in the line.

Thanks for the tip, however by the time I enter my email addy twice, I get a 'all claimed' message, autofill does not work for me, nor does copy and paste. Any thoughts?

Hmm copy and paste works for me, but I have an iphone. You have android?

An extreme solution would be to download an emulator and get the app on your desktop so you can type the email real fast
another option is to register a short email somewhere

No, iPhone. I was thinking about the short email addy route, and initials for the name on the next go round laugh out loud Congratulations on the two successful redemptions! Applause

ATT sucks, I'm waiting to get out.
