Wow! The Flashpoint XPLOR400 Pro (Godox AD400 Pro) is a great deal at $419! Sells for $595-649 normally. I use it and love it!

Crazy!! I just bought a Neewer on body flash for $160, almost half the price of this beast.

Might return and pick this up. Think it'll go lower in Black Friday?

Probably not. This is only on sale maybe twice a year (at a deal price). If you want one get it now.

Does anyone know if there is a way to sync these to an iPhone or one of its many camera apps?

I pulled the trigger on this along with the R2 Mark II transmitter which had a $25 discount when bought with this strobe light.

I'm surprised Adorama still doesn't charge tax in California. Even AliExpress charges tax now. I wonder if they will pull what B&H Photo did and send people a notice of the sales tax they owe at the end of the year.

I was thinking of the AD600Pro non-TTL for $679.
Is the TTL a feature worth getting?

I would buy this unless you really want to overpower the mid-day sun. A lot of run and gun photographers use AD200/eVolv 200 for portraits

Can this be used in macro photography or stay with ring lights?

Definitely not worth getting or paying extra. TTL is basically an auto mode for your flash. It guesses what would be the best flash output and many times doesn't come out as desired and you still have to dial up and down to suit your taste anyways.
It also causes and annoying double flash before the shot is taken and many times causes the camera to miss focus. I rarely have mis-focus issues when using manual on my flash units.
I have the ad600 manual flash and love it. Also have an ad200 and tt860 and work great as well but never use TTL on those either.
