SIP, SHOP, AND BE HAPPY WITH COKE® & TARGET®

Be one of the first 50,000 to enter four product codes and you'll unlock a $2 Target eGiftCard™. Use it to grab an ice-cold Coke while you shop!

Ends 12/6/19

Notes:
1. You must already have a Coke account before the start of the offer, 11/13 at 1pm Eastern.
2. The offer is only available on the website, NOT in the app.
3. When you enter your 4 codes, you will probably get a message similar to "You have reached the limit of participation in this offer, but there are other ways to get rewarded." Despite what it seems like, THIS IS NOT AN ERROR MESSAGE. This is the indication that you have completed the offer, and need to wait until the 50,000 people have completed the offer. Once it's unlocked, the offer will disappear, and you'll find the reward in your account by clicking the little number in the top right corner of the webpage.

Once you enter 4 codes you will get this message:

Thanks for playing! You've reached this offer's participation limit, but there are so many other ways to get rewarded.

This simply means that you are good to go and that you have been counted. It does NOT mean you were disqualified. Once 50,000 people enter codes they will send an email and you must log back in to redeem your prize!

Coke doesn't always send emails. Make sure to LOG back into your Coke account in the next week and claim your Reward.

Not sure why it didn't transfer into the FP post when they edited it, but in my OP, I noted that this is NOT an error message. It's actually the expected message when you complete the deal. Come back in a few hours/days when the progress reaches 100%, and the gift card will be available under the little number in the top right hand corner of the page.
It's in the Wiki. People just can't read or comprehend.

I see the addendum now under "Community Wiki" section but on the slickdeals app it shows like this:

Once you enter 4 codes you will get this message:

Show more [With an expand content arrow.]

So easy to miss. If it had been expanded by default I would have seen it.

Or it's hidden in a collapsible content block and hidden by default and thus easy to miss

Yep. I sent the editor a message, and it looks like they added it to the main steps now. Hopefully, that will help cut down on the confusion.

It let me enter the four codes. I got the message that my offer limit has been met. The reward is only at 4% progress. But, I don't see anything in available rewards.
It's not an instant thing. 50,000 people need to claim it before they will send out the reward. Target is a pretty popular gift card so expect to see the gift card in a few days or a week. The last I checked, it was at 4% claimed.

Wow, this thread is amazing. Is there a head smack emoji?
Well, it's a change from the "can someone send me 3 codes" posts Smilie

I'm really surprised to see so many confused by the message. It's the same type of one on all of these coke deals. But I suppose there are some that haven't done these promos before.

Never got mine last time. Gonna pass... thanks anyways.
The problem with these promotions is that once they send the cards out, you have to claim it within a few days or you lose it. That's what happened to me the last time they did a Target one. I entered all my codes, then forgot to keep an eye on it. I missed the notification that my reward was available and by the time I tried to claim it, it was too late. The reward had "expired." I was one day late.

I really hate entering codes, I can never tell if an M is an N or a 5 is an S and so on. The poor printing on the caps requires bruteforcing until you get it right and I always worry my account will be locked or something for trying too many wrong codes.

Coke needs to explain somewhere what all available letters exist in the codes because clearly they're not using all of them.

When I have difficulty reading a code, I hold it up to my computer monitor. The light passing through the cap makes the code easier to read. Or set the cap down on your phone screen so the light from the phone screen passes through the cap. Hope that helps!

It's any coke product, including diet coke, so long as you have a unique code like what's under the caps or printed on the flaps of multi-packs.
