It is hard to find good deals on laptops with Window's Pro that also have a reasonably sized SSD. Most retail outlets won't sell you a laptop with Window's Pro and it is often not worth the bother to upgrade.
This may not be a good deal but the criticisms in this thread are from users that have different needs and expectations from the users that this PC is targeted at.

It is a small battery because it's marketed towards employees that are mostly plugged in (this is the case for 80% of our employees and we buy a variation of this Vostro)
It's display isn't top tier because it's not meant to design from while on the go. If you're plugged into for power, you'll probably plug into a monitor. (Edit* a high quality screen would make that small battery feel smaller)
Speaking of plugging in, I'm surprised no one has whined about it's 1x1 wireless card. The company I order for does need higher WiFi standards so we always buy a WiFI 6 Killer chip for $35 on Amazon though.
This laptop is a great tool for a particular job. It's not meant to be a beast.
