I know this is a huge ymmv as most sears are closed or are closing, but seems like a pretty good deal if you can snag it. $60 for a decent quality digital torque wrench is a good price either way, but assuming you can get all $100 back its an awesome deal.

It depends on your location. The stores near you probably don't carry it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that these are basically standard clicker type torque wrenches and the "digital" part only comes into play when setting the target torque.

you may be correct, but the main reason i got these is because it is way easier to read, and the 1/2 goes to 250, most only go 150. also, switching from ft/lbs to nm is just a tap, and the 3/8 also nice to go to in/lb. however, they do use up batteries kinda fast, so have spares on hand.

I believe this is true, and it does not do degrees/angles, just torque values.

I have no idea how they decide what's available for pick up or not. Picked up an order at my local hometown Sears, which has a ton of these torque wrenches available, but I cannot order online.

Then I ordered the miter saw stand a few weeks back for pick up, but was not available in the physical store and ship to store took about 2wks.

Can you imagine needing this, and the oddball batteries are dead? I'll keep my old school torque wrench. Mine always works when I need it.

Spend $100+, get $100 CASHBACK in points in 4 installments. Items Sold by Sears

Be careful with the cash back system. You will not $100 all at once, it will take 6 weeks to get all points back and it will expire.

There is a battery indicator which works really well. It still shows a full charge for me after 2 years of owning mine. The batteries are also LR44 (aka A76) (you need three) and they're commonly available at Walgreens, CVS, Amazon, Home Depot, etc. These aren't "oddball" and I would argue are probably one of the most popular coin cell battery. Along with my stash of AAs, AAAs, and other batteries, I usually keep a 10 pack on hand since I have my electronics that use it.

Does not go up to 250 ft/lbs. 1/2 in goes up to 150 ft/lb
