How is a bundle for an unreleased game being sold as "Factory Refurbished"?

Maybe the xbox itself is likely a refurb but they will sell it with the new game. From the pictures they are only showing box for normal xbox and not the bundle one.

Yeah, you'll probably just get the code in an email after release.

I don't buy reconditioned or refurbished electronics. I've had nothing but bad experiences in the past.

Bad deal on a refurb. You're giving up warranty to save $37 over what this costs brand new right now. One deal also gives you a $40 giftcard.

Target Black Friday - $349.99 Xbox One X Gears of War 5 Bundle w/ $40 Gift Card included

Xbox One X w/ Star Wars - $347 brand new: https://slickdeals.net/f/13555915-1tb-microsoft-xbox-one-x-star-wars-jedi-fallen-order-bundle-347-50-free-s-h

[BuyDig via Google Shopping](https://slickdeals.net/?pno=512452&lno=1&sdtid=13555915&trd=BuyDig%2Bvia%2BGoogle%2BShopping&sdtrk=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1&afsrc=1) has **1TB Microsoft Xbox One X Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Bundle** for $499 - $113 discount applied at checkout - 10% Off w/ promo code **UGMBKO** = **$347.40** . **Shipping is free** . Thanks iconian

It saves you $37.41. It also costs you 275 warranty days.

So you sold your warranty for $0.13 cents a day.

Google how many people bricked their Xbox One X running the latest Call Of Duty and Boarderlands (arguably the two biggest releases this year).

My suggestion is you want the warranty more than you want $37.41, but ya'll do you.

my thoughts exactly. I'm guessing the console is "renewed" and then they just slapped the game in there bc EA is desperate for this game to sell.

I bought a refurbished Xbox one about 4 or 5 years ago that's had no issues.

Anecdotal my friend. Anecdotes are poor indicators of the reality. I've bought refurbs that worked fine for awhile then crumped 4 months later. I've also bought refurbs that worked fine but smelled like a bag of discarded cigarette butts
