I don't disagree but for the price it's a good bang for your buck from my experience.
I use a local store rep to order my shoes, who orders them to their local store first or calls the store that has it in stock, inspects and then advises me as to why it's a second. Awesome customer service. Never paid restocking fee. Returned close to 15 pairs atleast over the years.
There is no restocking fee if you return directly to an outlet store
