As a follow up from Florida: bought 9 lights with express delivery for $8.99 using the express delivery. My issue is I didn't check out as guest. Waited until 8pm no emails or anything. Drove to my closest store and it hadnt been picked. Computer system was glitching out since it kept showing the Massachusetts zip code and kept trying to default to $10.88 which was the local store price.
Long story short they gave me a full refund and I grabbed the only 6 lights I could find on the shelf and they gave me a manual override for each light.
The lights are pretty bright. Cheap fixture but can't complain for $2.88. Thanks op!

This worked for me in SoCal. $2.88 + $8.99 express shipping. Checked out with PayPal. Ordered at 4 AM this morning and was delivered by 11 AM.

Any idea how do these typically fail? The whole thing goes dark at once, or gradually some of many LEDs go out?
Slowly dim over time , unless total failure.

Some of the LEDs will fail and over time more will fail, they don't typically fail all at once.

However, in normal usage you may well never see a failure, LEDs have a long life and don't fail that often.

I went to HD at lunch to look at the light ($10.88 in Santa Clara, CA).
Looking at the sample they had on along with the other 40 other lights on , this 3k 3ft light was not very bright at all. I would call it a warmer light than bright task light. It's pretty cheap, but the ones at Costco are brighter at 4k 4ft 4k lumens.

The HD light would not work in my garage as it is too dim.
On BF I got the HF Braun shop light for $19 5k 4ft (normally $29)

Thanks for posting this. I ordered it. OPs deal at $8 for 3ft no switch is not that great. ($3 wasn't available any longer for me)

Also Amazon has a 10% clip coupon on product page.

Followed the step-by-step instructions but could only get $8.99 each. I can walk into my store and buy for that price with my military discount.
