I got it too but probably won't use it since they jack up the prices so high on google Express. Might have been good if we could have used in the store.

I think this was a targeted email. Sounds like it won't work for you if you didn't get the email.

Another bait and switch from Target.

I got the email and tried to apply the code to Google Home Hub Smart display - Wireless - Chalk for $99. Got the message "Your discount wasn't applied because no items in your order were eligible.".

The email states has a restriction clause that does not specifically mention what items are elibile and what are not:
*$10 off your next $50+ Target order on Google Shopping. Coupon valid on select Target items you can buy on Google. One redemption per user. Redemption is restricted to select users only.

The link leads to generic Google Shopping KB article: https://support.google.com/google...er/9249031

Like I said - bait and switch.

I tested the code by adding the Google Home Hub Smart display - Wireless - Chalk
for $99 to the card and applying the coupon. Got the message "Your discount wasn't applied because no items in your order were eligible.".

I added several bags of cat food and the promo code did not work.
I was not targeted for the email.

That's not what a bait and switch is.
