Good deal price wise & relatively, but for your information-

10th gen i5(surface 7) is even faster than 8th gen i7(surface 6) and here we are talking of an i5 8250u(surface 6).
I would skip it if I were you.

I'd probably get the costco bf deal given their good warranty.

$699 but it's out of stock on Microsoft. Where did you see it for $619?

You gotta use the code. I LOVE Surface products but wouldn't touch one without an extended warranty.

I've had the Pro 3 since launch and it just gave out. It still works but the display no longer works.

I've been looking to getting a new surface, upgrading from a non-Pro Surface 3. I think there's a surface 7 i5 8gb with keyboard on sale for $800 I believe at best buy for black Friday

How does this compare to iPad 12.9? I'll definitely check out some reviews of this.

agreed. the most un-serviceable windows computer on the planet. nice devices, but if ANYTHING goes wrong you're screwed. there isn't even a bios to play with!

For those that do not know or get why moctezumax said this is because the Surface Pro can't be opened or serviced like most other devices. Its makes them better looking to build that way but also means if any one things goes wrong you have to break into it to get to it and even then its not like a regular computer you can change parts in.

So use a CC that extends the warranty, buy a warranty that will stand behind it, and/or buy from costco with the Costco CC.
