Read the 3 star reviews about warranty sticker. Can't install this w/o voiding warranty. I'll pass.

Those warranty stickers are illegal in the US and are only meant to be a deterrent. However, companies like this require you to fight through the chain of command a bit if you need a warranty claim

Can't speak to this particular model/mfg, but upgrading to tankless has without question been one of the best home upgrades we've made.

Now this is a bit anecdotal, but I think ours will comfortably service three fixtures simultaneously. We're in Atlanta and ours is a 9.4gpm gas unit.

How much electricity does it draw? I am wondering as we have a 100 amp service currently. And, we are using a water heater that runs on gas, but negative 5 on life.
