Been shopping for this for a while and it's one of Home Depot's deals of the day today, normally $409. This is the biggest and baddest 1/2" impact on the market with 1,400 ft. lbs. in reverse. Much more powerful than most 1/2" and some 3/4" pneumatic impacts. This was a good deal this summer for $249 but it didn't include the charger or a case.

I think the other deal from Northern Tool is a better choice, even without the grinder, but it's a much better deal if you do want the grinder.
