-Download throttlestop
-If you get one or two .dll missing errors search for the dll name/error message and throttlestop and you'll get a link to all the redistributable packages needed
-Check the disable turbo box on the main screen
-Go to "FIVR"
-Under FIVR Control select each of the following (one by one) - CPU Core, CPU Cache, Intel GPU
-Each time, select "Unlock Adjustable Voltage"
-Keep everything as-is and slide Offset Voltage to desired amount - start with sliding til you see -80.1 mv. Idea is to apply the settings, run the TS test or other stress test, see if you bluescreen, if not keep sliding a little more. I would not go higher than -120.1
-Do the same for all 3 (cpu, cache, gpu)
-Hit apply
-When you're happy with the results select the option for "OK - Save voltages immediately"
-On the main screen select "Turn On" and save
-Add a shortcut to ThrottleStop to your windows startup folder so it starts with Windows
This is just my own personal method - not guaranteeing it, and based on my research over the years. If anyone has a better way or sees issues with the above please let me know ha. My understanding is undervolting is safe, you won't damage your CPU unlike overvolting - but it will become unstable when too low. Staying in the -.80 to -1.20 range has always worked for me.
