Red (smooth, non tactile, less force) is less common than Brown (smooth, tactile) and Blue (clicky, tactile).
I have all and currently use red as my primary, but I do see myself occasionally double tapping A accidentally due to the low force. Might switch back to brown or blue for a bit.

I have had bad experiences with clone switches I would always stick with cherry switches though.
I use the red for gaming and the switches have light activation pressure and respond well for gaming. They are also good for typing, buy I prefer blues because they're more tactile.
I'm willing to pay a bit more for another brand but prefer not to pay a huge premium, let's say 80 bucks or less.
