Haven't had this exact product, but this brand tends to have bad, overly gummy textures IMO. Good price.

I hope the quality control is better for the bars than it is for their protein shakes.

Flavor is good but the texture is almost unbearable for me. I'd rather just chug a shake for my protein needs.

Is there an easy way to press protein powder into your protein bars to make them more potent?

10g of sugar alcohols alone? Damn that's a lot. I'd rather just stick to Costco Kirkland protein bars for 3-4 net carbs

Eat the bar and wash it down with a glass of fairlife milk. Half the carbs double the protein and delicious.

Is it better to blend those together as a smoothie, or just let my digestive system sort things out?

Why wouldn't you just use milk and protein powder?

First ingredient is Maltitol?! I don't know if that's what's in Haribo sugar free gummi bears, but I'm scared off this deal. Bye!

Not good for nut allergies! Par for the course for cheap protein bars, but take note.
