Has anyone gotten anything shipped from Direct Tools Outlet in the last week or so?

Ordered on the 10 and 11th, neither has shipped. Call customer service, they just said they had high order volume, could not give any time frame.

I received my order on Thurs 11/14 which had 6 or 7 items. Box was torn wide open but all items accounted for.

I've ordered twice from them now; once on the 5th and once on the 12th. No action taken. My first order didn't even trigger an acknowledgement, although both are listed as "processing". Additionally, no response when I emailed their Customer Service.

Not impressed. This will be my last order with DTO.

I've ordered a number of times. Yes expierenced some slow shipping on a some orders but for the price I still come back. placed 2 orders last week and same no shipment yet. fingers crossed.

Funny thing is, they are really slow with processing/shipping, but they sure are quick to charge your credit card through.

First order is marked as completed, shipped yesterday. No tracking number though. No change yet on the second.

My first order for the countersink bit shipped yesterday but the second order for the corded Ryobi circular saw now shows as canceled. No email notifications at all.

My orders have been "in process" since the 11th, today is the 22nd. My card was charged immediately but I then noticed after a week the money was returned to my account. I emailed their customer service asking if there was a problem with my order and they said "We our experiencing a high volume of orders, as per our website it can take 5-7 days for your order to process and ship. "

Well, it's been 8-9 business days with no change. Come on guys.

Same, "in process" since the 11th, but I never received a cc charge.
