Got these yesterday. These Jaybird X3s are quite likely FAKE or heavily used. Mine did NOT work properly at all and kept discharging all the time. I have an X2 and X4. These sounded like $2 earphones and not like a Jaybird.

There is NO SERIAL number on the cord of the earphones. Every Jaybird has a serial number and this one is all rubbed off and it has some sort of glue. Called the Jaybird support and they confirmed NO SERVICE for these type of earphones and advised they would be either counterfeit/returned/reconditioned.

Now will need to incur shipping charges to send them back. BUYER BEWARE. This is Daily Steals. These are NOT NEW and maybe not even authentic.
Slickdeals should stop promoting such websites.

Same here. During pairing, I found a set that is named "Jorn's Jaybird X3" by the previous owner.

Daily steals since they steal your money. Mine are clearly used and dirty, with no charger. I'll send them back and never use this seller again.

Got mine yesterday too. Also noticed a lot of wear on it, so it must be used but it did come with charger and ear tips. My buds are not able to hold charge and die after two minutes or so. I am never getting anything from Dailysteals again!
