You can return to most Columbia Stores
is that possible? I don't see this term in their return policy

I've got their stretch down DS jacket. Nothing but compliments and it's warm, water beads up etc...but I don't see it lasting long. Down is leaking out of the thread holes near a seam at the bottom. I sent it in for warranty and they said it's a "normal amount" coming out.

It snagged on a thorn while hiking and it left a 1/16" hole.

I wouldn't pay what I paid for it again ($300) but I might for this price.
Its normal for goose down jackets to shed down. I have an Eddie Bauer micro therm down jacket and its sheds. I thought I had a bad jacket at first but when I contacted customer support, they said it is normal for goose to shed some.

650 filled and 52 g. For this price, it should be like 750 filled and 65g.

This is how you fix the rip.

This stuff stays on forever. I even patched a sleeping pad once with it.

Based on what? What are the known brands that are heading this pricing matrix?

I ordered a few days ago and received a couple days later (fast shipping). Body fit well but sleeves are really baggy and look awkward to me. Planning to return.

Just an FYI, these sizes seem to run rather big IMO.

Same here. Fast shipping, body fits great and sleeves seem a bit baggy. Keeping mine because it is a great jacket, just what I needed for winter. Now I need to hit the gym for some curls to fill it out.

Arrived pretty quickly. Seems fine to me. The size is right. Feels better quality than the cheapo 32Degrees I bought from SD. Still pretty thin and def. not intended for real winters. Bought it to go to music concerts/venues during the colder days

Im planning to get on of these jacket but there are so many 'specs' im just lost. Would anyone kind enough to help me find one?

My goal is a warm sub $100 jacket that can make me warm in ~30 weather. By warm i mean I want it where I only wear a T shirt inside and that jacket and I would feel warm enough to walk around the city per se.

FIA!
