It is old model. Cpu always reaches temp limit due to only 1 vent on each side. I tried repasting and undervolting. Cpu temp went from instant 100 c to under 80c. It would eventually reach temp limit which is 90 to 95c in long run. Gpu temp is Ok. New model do not have this type of hinge and has 2 vents on each side. And this model does not have fan control.

This model does have fan control under the OMEN command center. Also, I usually turn the TDP down from 45w to 30w in BIOS instead of using under-volt.

So it tries to be a gaming laptop but ends up being a space heater... Should do liquid cooling in laptops now..
