Which SSD should I get?

I was wondering if you could tell me which SSD seems a better bet. I'm just looking to copy my OS to a ssd for faster operating than using the hard drive. I'm using my office depot rewards to do buy it so these are the 2 cheapest options I see right now. I was thinking of crucial since they seem to have software that will copy it over for you without an issue. I don't plan on saving stuff on the ssd just the OS. Thanks

Ok so either will work in that adapter, I prefer Crucial myself since they are more well known but either should be fine spend the $$ you save buying the cheaper on on a heatsink!
