How do you apply the code for Emirates? There's not section for coupon code at their checkout.

Great list. Always check Priceline as their Express deals are often the lowest. Also, I've used AutoSlash.com with success but lately they always end up sending me to Priceline anyway for the cheapest car rental.

You do it at beginning of the booking process. There's a link (
Advanced search: multi-city, promo codes, partner airlines)

Thanks!

Guessing that code isn't for US, it's not letting me choose BOS as departure city. Frown

I think it's only for origination from Australia.

Aren't all these travel sites owned by Expedia and some other company. They are all the same shit, different name.

If you're renting a car always check with Autoslash. Have used them for my last 3 car rentals and have gotten great deals.

There's something to be said for that. It's a bit of a shell game and a lot of it is nothing special - much of this stuff directs you to prices that are frequently available most of the year if you shop around.

However, in sifting through that, I did observe, for example that the APP15 code for Orbitz, which was once a one-time use code to get you to use the app, is again available to me. That's good to know because Orbitz more or less discontinued what was a standing 15 percent promo and replaced it with an intermittent 10 percent one. But their prices are touch lower, so with the 15 percent I may find a travel deal there for 2020. I hope the same applies to the MOB15 listed too.

So for as much chaff as such information contains, it's worth mining for that little pearl of wheat.

And the car rental info is a joke. I never pay anywhere near even the "best" deals posted on SD, and I walk straight to my car; no delays, no hidden charges, no three-bus rides from the airport, no 2 hour lines, no 3 year old vehicles - ever. Believing that autoslash is the best bet is operating on very limited information.

Can you share a bit more on how you get the car rental deals?
