How is this better than the y740 Lenovo Black Friday? Yes it's 2070maxq, but it's gsync and ~$200 cheaper.

Just my thoughts

Cause that's likely an error, if you check the model number of it, you're actually going to get the 2060 version. The price was a bit too good to be the 2070.

Also, that's a Max Q and this MSI laptop is the full laptop version, not Max Q.

Where does it say Max-Q? This isn't a Max-Q, its a standard 2070.

Some like it, those can be disabled though or not used if you don't want to use them.

I'm in for 1.

Here is the link to the MSI website for the model number GE75668 [msi.com]

It shows RTX 2070, full standard version. NOT the Max-Q.

You can't find a 17.3" laptop right now with a RTX 2070, 144hz IPS screen, RGB keyboard, 1TB SSD and 1TB HDD, for $1499, except this deal.

Everything else I've seen at the $1499 price tag is a RTX 2060 or a 15.6".

Prove me wrong.

MSI generally has poor build quality. The lack of GSync is a major deal killer
And.. Amazon reviews for this reveal the underlying issues. Build quality and thermal throttle.

It's a typo. In the description it claims it has a 144hz screen which is inline with the industry standard numbers
