Ryzen, particularly the 3rd series do get decent performance bumps with higher ram speed. That being said you'll still get good performance with this. As mentioned above really depends on how you're using your computer.
Yes, but if you have at least RX 5700, 144Hz monitor than you may think about something faster: 3200 CL14, or 3600 CL16. For $50+ price difference you will see up to 10% difference (3-6% usually).

Also be sure to check out the QVL for this, it is VERY limited as to what boards it will be stable on at rated XMP speeds:

If you don't have a QVL listed ram-MB combo you're going to get BSOD crashes pretty often at XMP memory speeds, until you downclock it..
