GTX 1660 Ti is way better in gaming. But that Laptop has quad core i5-9300H vs 6 Core i7-8750H on this one and the CPU performance is significantly higher. So, if you're buying for pure gaming, that Dell G3 is a good choice but if you want both Gaming + CPU intensive applications, then this one is better.
Also, this one has Thunderbolt 3 which will enable you to use an external GPU dock with desktop GPU down the line when these Laptop GPUs will be not so powerful to run latest games.

It's better than most of the GTX 1650 deals popping up. GTX 1060 MAX is still 10 to 12% much powerful than GTX 1650. Also, this has Thunderbolt 3 port, a rare feature at this price.

Is this a better deal than their BF deals or should I wait? Watched some online reviews and it seems pretty decent but not sure if the G5 2019 model is a better deal.

Yeah, I agree. When I was in the market for a desktop replacement laptop, yeah TB3 at this price would have put it over the top for me.

I think it's ok. Not the best for sure. Of course, its a 6 core i7 processor which is good but its 8th gen. Plus i5 is more than enough for gaming.

Till yesterday, we had dell g3 1660ti for a lower price. Which imo was a better deal.

This does have 16gb RAM but also has just 128GB for SSD. So, there is a trade off.

Thunderbolt is a big plus, but will I use it? Don't think so.

So, I'm still waiting for BF.

1660ti Max Q is way better. I have a Dell G5 8300h w/ The 1060 Max Q and I also have G3 with the 1660ti. For gaming, the 1660ti is way better.

While yes, gpu is better. Most of those gtx1650 laptops have been around $600 or less. This is $200 more. I seen 1660 ti around this price range. This one does have an i7 thou.

They come with i5-9400H quad core processor and only now they are coming at $600.
