The official Boeing Facebook even links to this site. Looks legit to me.

Because I can find zero collaboration that this is a legit site.
Then why did you thumbs down the deal when you are worried but have zero proof to substantiate your worry? Steer clear but a thumbs down seems unjust

You weren't helpful, you were just argumentative. I asked reasonable questions about if this is a legit site because I had never heard of it and I don't want to deal with scams. You just said "it's Boeing", that wasn't helpful.

Slickpokerdeals had a helpful response for a valuable coupon you didn't list. I repped them.

Chickenstickyrice had a helpful response, they found an official link off a Boeing Facebook page giving it some credence. I repped them. Thanks to their response I'm changing my vote. I've never heard of this website or their stores and I've never seen this store on Slickdeals in all my years here but it looks like maybe it's ok.

If you post a website people aren't familiar with, it helps to explain the site a little.

Very nice, thank you!

I have two kids and they love Lego. My 12 year old is in a robotics program at school and does competitions with the more advanced mindstorms sets. This will be a fun way for him and his younger brother to build together.

Would probably chance it if they took PayPal but they don't
Yeah I just love it when a site takes PayPal and sets up a recurring billing agreement. It looks a lot like a normal purchase to most people. There are many reasons to use a credit card instead of paypal. You give them less information, you have better fraud protection, and you can always do a chargeback. If the money comes from your bank account through paypal or the balance, you are not protected by VISA/Mastercard's chargeback rules.

I've never had that happen with a recurring payment.

When I use PayPal 100% of the time the charge goes onto a credit card. Paying straight out of your bank account isnt smart due to lack of protections, I think we can agree on that.

The Boeing Store site is legit. As an employee I've ordered toys and clothing through them multiple times. Employees sometimes get special offers or even recognition points that count for dollars at the store. You know, like the old coal mines...

The option to pay with my Boeing Employee "pride points" convinced me. I was all out of my own pride points but the flaming culture checks out. No offense.

Still... Better be legit. Good deal.

Yeah they make airplanes but why are they even selling Legos? I live near Pittsburgh, if I said the Heinz ketchup store had Legos I think people would be skeptical too
I think they have had some trouble with they're airplanes, so their making them out of legos now . . . . .
