Black Friday price sounds good to me, especially since I don't care about the buds, YouTube or Spotify, and my dead old phone has no trade-in value and I need a replacement ASAP.

Extra 15% off with Prime credit card, which I just signed up for.

Anyone know Amazon's phone return policy for phones? I can't find it specified anywhere. I found an article saying they stopped doing refunds for phones a few years ago, but that's not on their current returns policy page as far as I can see.

If the product is shipped and sold by Amazon. It has a 30 day return policy. I confirmed it with a customer service representative.

It's rewards points that have a cash value on Amazon, not a percentage off but I get your point. Tempted to grab the S10e because the $80 or so you earn as rewards is as good as cash to me with how often I shop Amazon

The points can be redeemed as a statement credit too so it definitely can be a straight 15% off like he said.

Oh that is music to my ears! I've had the card for over a year now and it's always converted to Amazon points with a cash value so I'm guessing it is a promotion of some kind?

Do you have the Amazon Store Card or the Chase Amazon Rewards Visa?

It's got an extra 10% back for all items?

When you log into your Amazon Store Card account, you can automatically set it to redeem rewards points as a statement credit or you can do it manually. But sounds like you've been spending the points whenever you checkout on Amazon so that's why they're not there in your account.

FYI Best Buy has already started their BF pricing on these, $400-500 off before trade-in. Better deal if you have no interest in the buds and don't mind the 2 year credits.

This is exactly what i did. Trade in note9 for $340. Total for note10+ 256gb black for $559+ tax (total to CA $613.19. (Free earbuds, 4 month ad free youtube and spotify). I been looking for the best black friday deal for note10+. IMO samsung.com is the BEST one. I got the unlocked version (use it overseas) and i get to pay monthly $25.55. Upgrade in 1 year. No other online deal allows for an unlocked with monthly payments interest free with all the above perks.
