That's bizzarre, sorry. Had over 99 in cart of the skillet and 97 in the grill pan. I wonder if the site is still updating. http://vvcap.com/8wSVYZYeA

I figured it out, I was an idiot. Had bad links. Should be fixed now Smilie

Nothing special about this price for blemished lodgeware... Walmart has better deals frequently on unblemished lodge stuff.

Lol, it's cast iron, what do you really care about "blemishes"? Hell, at worst there's a slight chip in the seasoning which shouldn't matter since you should always reseason it when you get it anyway. $10 and free shipping on these is a great price.

I doubt we'll see 7 bucks again from sierra trading post though, seems like they caught on.
Hit FP before at $10 as well

Usually I don't and I've bought many used ones off Amazon with little blemishes and they are fine. However, the 1 review of this item on Sierra calls it a "colander" with pinholes that go all the way through the cast iron surface. Maybe the reviewer is being dramatic, but that seems like it would be a problem. I think I bought some of these 10.5" pans new from Kroger for $7 before and I'm pretty sure Home Goods has similar for this $10 price range frequently so I stand by that this is not much of a deal.

10.5 is small, but handy. You need 12-14 for a decent meal prep.

Stp claims the blemishes should have no impact on cooking surface, meaning if that reviewer did in fact get that, which I doubt, they are entitled to a replacement. Lodge also still warranties them.

The ones I got just had brown spots on the lip where seasoning bubbles popped

I see cast iron pans at my local TJ Maxx all the time for around this price, maybe a couple bucks more. I think they're owned by the same company as as Sierra. I've been using one for over a year, and it's been awesome.

I bought a blemished one when they were $7. It had a deep hole in it but it didn't go all the way through. I sent Lodge an email and they mailed me a new one for free. The new one has about a 1/4" sized chip missing from the bottom of the helper handle. I'm fine with that because it doesn't affect anything. I also bought the blemished deep skillet last time and it looks great. There was a little problem with seasoning by the handle but that's entirely cosmetic.
