PSA Possible problems with Happy Eats GC's

I ordered a Happy Eats GC on Oct 31, directly from the Happy Eats Websight. I have not received the card and I cannot contact them...the websight contact form gives an error message when you submit it and the phone number disconnects and goes to a dial tone. The other phone number works but it requires a 16 digit card number to proceed. Obviously I dont have that since I never received the card! I may have to dispute the purchase on my AMEX. Just a heads up folks if you ordered anything from Happy Eats Cards. Keep an eye out!!

I know how to charge back. I was just letting everyone know in case there is an issue with the company. When you can't contact a company, it sends up a red flag. We will see if others report having the same issue. If they don't, and its just me then no harm done.

Thank you for the heads up. I was considering cashing out Chase points for Happy cards. Won't do it now.

Haven't really had any issues using the card, but I guess OP can't get a hold of the company to actually get the card so don't order it directly with the company.

Yes, I definitely didn't mean to imply problems USING a Happy Eats card. I have used several in the past year at multiple merchants without any problems. However, those cards were purchased through Amazon or via CC rewards.. So using chase points might not be a problem either.
I have never purchased a card direct from the Happy Cards webSITE before this. If I dont receive the card in the mail by the middle of next week (almost a full month after ordering), I will have to do a charge back with AMEX. As I said in my OP, the fact that there appears to be no way to contact the company is a very bad sign. Even if it doesn't imply actual closure of the company, it sure does not inspire confidence in doing business with them.
