Yeah, i remember that. The coupon was 30% off and looks like you had the 15% S&S as well. It might come around in January again when all things health related go on sale if folks can wait .... Smilie

They are more expensive. An 18 pack is around $26 or so. They are periodically on sale for less. I wasn't trying to compare prices, just comparing the protein vs calorie contents. I prefer higher protein and fewer calories for myself.

This is good for people who are in physically demanding jobs. Good for work out 💪🏻 muscle gain. If you are just sitting on the couch staring at the tube, this is not for you

How would you gain weight if you have calorie deficit at the end of the day. Burn more than you take in.
