Not a good price.
You can find much better deals in the $500--$600 range this holiday season.

+$30 for backlit keyboard.
+$20 for 2x2 WiFi

FYI - if you're a Perks at Work member, this has been showing up in HP's flash sales for about $435 as built in the original post.
