Buy this one if you like gated fuzz sounds. The duality is sweet. This and the Iron Ether Oxide are my "go to" gated fuzzes. I loved the TAFM as well but it's a different vibe. This is a great price.

never thought i'd see the name Darkglass show up on Slickdeals. thats a damn good deal on a very niche bass pedal. good find

yea! I did a search first to see if someone else had already posted this deal... zero results for the word "darkglass" hahaha!

I check all the major musical instrument sites daily for deals and was SUPER enthused to see this pedal! Immediately ordered BEFORE I posted, in fear they'd run out. Got my tracking number this morning. Phew! Can't wait to try it out. Sounds incredible in the demo videos. (of course)

Great find. For those wanting a different seller option, Gearnutz is selling it at the same price through their Amazon store and also through their Reverb store.

I wish I actually wanted this pedal. I'm so glad to actually see some great music gear deals on here, though. Great deal on a great pedal. Thanks for sharing.

I bought one, I haven't seen customer service like this in years. Called me up to see if its anything else they could do for me and to let me know about the warranty. I was really surprised and kinda happy, didn't know any stores still did this.

Yeah, Sweetwater is in a class if it's on when it comes to customer service!

Don't be afraid to ask them if they can swing you a better price on a particular piece of gear that you have your heart set on… Sometimes they can swing you a few bucks off.

It's hit or miss, but it never hurts to ask.

What is the normal street price for this pedal? Also is it only for the base or can it be used with a lead electric guitar, or perhaps even an acoustic electric guitar?

Both guitar and bass capable and sounds good with both, I'm not sure what it would sound like on acoustic though...

I've noticed the same from a local pro-audio store and even Sam Ash tried to call me with support for a used $130 pedal. A good company knows they have to up their service game to compete these days.
