Make sure you use gift cards from Raise the second you get them.

First time I bought from them the card was purchased using a stolen credit card so the gift card company froze it.

Dang. A lot of popular ones already sold out.

If anyone likes Chilis, they're 24.6% off BEFORE the extra code. Seems like a good deal.

Ive purchased tons of Lowes and Starbucks gift cards on Raise. Only had an issue with 1 Starbucks card and it was refunded immediately. The Lowes cards have all worked perfectly and I dont always use them right away. YMMV I guess

I think they take them out prior to the sale. I got the email at 6 am, just so happens I was browsing for newegg cards and there were at least 20 cards available. I check as soon as I got the email and there were no cards available.

Thanks for the post, I got the email about this also. Is anyone else having trouble getting into the site? I get the 403 message site busy for the last couple hours several attempts.

I bought several gc from Raise before and have no problem. So gift cards have been on my account over a year. They are still good.
I usually buy those gift card with neat balance, such as $50,$100 and $200. I believe it might reduce the risk.

Is this eligible for cashback through top cashback? I'm assuming not since this code is not listed as eligible and that's one of their conditions but maybe I'm misunderstanding their list of complicated conditions.

You can get cash back from cash back website. However you will not be able to use PayPal if you do that.

Just bought a Google play card. Code was invalid... I bought from them a few times before and never had a problem though.

That's the idea with all resale sites. But personally I have very good experience with Raise.com support. They really stand by their 1-year guarantee. In fact, they went beyond that when my PF Chang's GC was declined due to a stolen cc issue and it had been 15 months since I bought it from Raise. They refunded me without much hassle.
