Had no idea that was still around. In the 1960's everyone used to get it.

Some people are over 70, tho. I got a sub for my mom who doesn't use the internet, only way she can see what's coming up is her on-screen guide, and she may not end up hearing about new shows or specials she'd want to watch. Got it free with coke pnts, but I would've paid $8 for it.

Newspapers had TV Guide that was in the Sunday addition. You always had to pay for the real TV Guide.

Why is this even a deal? Completely worthless unless you're over 70yrs old.

I think it's more of an entertainment type of magazine nowadays, rather than a guide for what's on TV. More like the Entertainment Weekly magazine.

Yeah, we used to get the one that came in the Sunday newspaper.

Actually, for those of us that have cut the cable cord this would be helpful. I have access to hundreds of channels now but no online guide.

These do not have any listings like in the old days. Just time zone grids and some write-ups on what to watch. Pretty useless.
