When did Best Buy announce that?
No clue. I found a link on their site that implies it.

Is that true?? I hope so. But that means the price will be crazy high!
The rumor was that there will be a VR2, but NOT that it will be bundled with the PS5, like the launched XB1 did.

Any good deals we know about for bundles with the Move controllers? I'm not interested in Everybody's Golf, VR Worlds, or Skyrim.

Btw, if anyone wants to try this on PC, iVry on Steam makes it fairly easy. But you only will get 3DOF instead of 6DOF. Here is some info: https://www.reddit.com/r/PSVRHack..._for_psvr/

The poster of that thread seems to be a dev or the dev for the PC software and a good source of info.

I'm thinking I'll try to find a bundle with the Move controllers and buy a separate set of cords so I can relatively easy plug and play switch between PS4 and PC.

Yes, I play my psvr on pc and steam using a xbox 1 controller. I paid for an app on steam that streamlines it. I'll lookup the name and include an edit.
Have you tried other headsets? By any change does it compare to the Lenovo explorer?

A dump question, may be. Do I need PS4 console to use these?

Sorry I am new to Xbox and PS world.
Yes you will need a ps4 especially if you want to play the games that are included. As others have said there maybe a way to mod it to connect to a pc, google/youtube is your friend for more info.

PSVR was my first and only VR.

I use iVRy Driver and Trinius VR apps from steam to connect to my PC.

A few months ago I saw there was a (pretty convoluted) way to hook up a PSVR to a PC to use with Steam VR. I haven't looked into it lately, so it may still be a convoluted process, or it might be better now. Either way, it is possible.
I would definitely call it convoluted still. It has a learning curve to get it working and still it doesn't work right at first sometimes. Either of these two steam apps help make it work fairly easy most of the time. I play skyrimVR and Elite Dangerous with my PSVR on Steam. Using a xbox 1 controller.

TriniusVR
iVRy Driver

sry for spamming it. just trying to get the word out from someone who plays psvr on the pc right out of the box.

Where did you see EU? I looked up the product code as another stated and it pulls up US sold through BuyDig.
The photo for the post was originally just the EU version, now the post is updated with the US version, so it very well might be the US version. If you scroll the photos for the post (at least on mobile) it shows the EU version still.

Psvr is a great intro to vr. The move controllers are a joke, but re7, statik, the persistence and other controller games are really good.

Didn't know what motion sickness was until after I bought a PS Vr last year. This is not for everybody... I don't know if there some getting use to this... In my case, I just couldn't take it.
My wife used to be the same way but she got better. Some people can usually get used to it if they practice enough. It's tough work, like practicing for anything that's difficult, it would take a lot of time.

I ordered and was wondering this as well. A US version is being released so I'm hoping this is indeed the US version.
Anyone have any input on this?

ETA: I looked up the model number listed on the google shopping page and it brought up the US 5 game PSVR set listed on bestbuy.com.
So I believe this to be the US version.

ya the picture still linked here on SD shows the EU model with the pegi rating. if it is indeed the pegi version, the codes for the 5 games are all EU codes not US codes not redeemable on a USA acct, u can redeem it on a UK acct & gameshare it with ur US acct tho
