Visit link and activate. Seems to be targeted so YMMV.

There was a recent Discover promo that I wasn't eligible for but got an invite for this one.

When I went to the link, I didn't see 20% but did have an offer for $10 off a $50 purchase. Which is technically 20%, but only if you spend $50 exactly. So maybe different people have different promos.

The message you received seems to answer your question. Also, the OP states 20% off with Discover Bonus.

I just called Discover and they gave me a 3% additional bonus on my next 2500 bucks of spending. I would call and ask for it because I was frustrated with them and they offered me this. It is basically a free $75 bonus for spending this much in a six month period. It is over and above the regular cash back. It will be very YMMV but I got it. Friday night at 7 PM Central time.
