Note at least the rain boots are NOT shop runner qualified according to shop runner (because they are through a "partner")

Thanks for pointing that out, I forgot they did that on some items UGH. I bought 2 converse on 2 orders, and it never occurred to me that the boots wouldnt have qualified.

Still with shipping $10 less than amazon wanted for them so a good deal IMHO even if Lord and Taylor are playing with us a bit so they still got my money LMAO

I'm into most Converse, but those men's leather jobbies are hideous.

Then I'd need a SD on a pacifier, JNCO's and glow sticks to complete the 90s raver starter pack.

I've had these shoes for a year, (the leather black obsidian) I'm not a big Converse fan but they were $25 when i picked em up. They're way more comfortable than expected; the insert is a memory foam style insert so they feel much nicer on the feet.

One other thing to note; for whatever reason the photos here make the shoes look so derpy, which although Converse aren't going to win any awards for looks, they definitely look better than the pictures posted on the website

How is the sizing? 1/2 size too large so size down or true to size?

Any thoughts on sizing compared to Nike sneakers?

If anything, the pair I ordered last time this deal came around from Nike, they're a half-size too small. They're just a liiiiiittle too tight. Wore em all day today since I haven't worn them in a while, and they sometimes feel just too tight during the day but otger times loosened up. Not a break-in thing either, because they started to hurt again at the end of the day. If they were just a hooch wider and a 1/2 longer, I'd wear em way more often. Don't really feel like spending another $30 to try again, though. I have normal Chucks that fit and I tend to wear those instead.

I have also had these shoes for about a year. They are hands-down my favorite pair of shoes. They're comfortable and they feel fantastic -- I would say they fit like a glove, but that's not quite right. They do feel much more 'connected' to me if that makes any sense, and walking just feels better. They also look great -- I personally think the leather just adds a lot to the look of the shoes.
