Can anyone comment on this vs other doorbells like SkyBell HD, Eufy, Ring, etc?

I believe this is a clone of the LaView discussed here:
https://slickdeals.net/f/13582786-laviee-one-halo-3mp-doorbell-camera-onvif-compatible-119-25-with-code-bf2019

There is a link in that post to an ipcamtalk discussion with lots of details. I just ordered one today to replace my old doorbell camera. The main benefit for me is that it has RTSP streaming which will work with Blue Iris software. This allows for local recording and faster viewing since the RTSP stream is available on my local home network. Also no subscription fees. I have not tried the other brand doorbell cameras you mentioned, but my understanding is they won't work with Blue Iris.

As @Rdog mentioned, the EZviz is essentially the same video doorbell as the LaView Halo One, Audiovox RCA HSDB2A, and Nelly NSC-DB2. The apps are even interchangeable and you can do some advance device level configuration changes with Hikvision Batch Configuration. See ipcamtalk.com link [ipcamtalk.com]

Skybell
I had a SkyBell HD for about 3 years until it stopped working. Skybell is hit or miss. Even after turning it to maximum sensitivity, it only caught about 50-75% of motion activity. It also seems like the company is dead in the water. The last new product announcement was 2016. Apart from the Skybell Trim, several of the "new" products were never released. Not a good sign IMHO.

Ring
I stayed away from Ring because I wanted a cloud independent doorbell that had ONVIF/RTSP (allows you to store to a local device such as a NAS or other security monitoring software). In addition, I wanted to avoid any subscription services.

Eufy
I was split between the EzViz/RCA/LaView/Nelly and Eufy Doorbells. However, the Eufy doorbell does not support RTSP/Onvif and it requires a separate plug-in chime. Since Eufy does not store to any external devices, you could also potentially lose video footage if someone decides to steal the doorbell.

Update
Looks like this video doorbell IS compatible with google home. There is a delay of about 3-5 seconds before the video loads but it does show up on my lenovo smart display/google home hub.

What kind of Lag are we talking about? You had said 3-5 seconds? Is this due to WiFi signal strength?
Can you set it to automatically view the video feed when someone presses the button?
