Grateful to the OP but from a home exercise perspective, I feel like you're almost certainly not going to use this. The one advantage of one of these is probably that they will fold up and go into a closet rather than becoming a coat rack for years. These types of items tend to be a little unpleasant to exercise on due to the crude methods of resistance and other comfort factors.

I don't know that this particular one is any good, and I know that a lot of home exercise stuff turns into a coat rack, but I'll say this: I bought a cheap recumbent magnetic resistance exercise bike on clearance at Kmart years ago and it helped me get in shape to eventually run a marathon (yes, I did a lot of other training, too). We ended up giving it to my wife's grandmother because she expressed interest in it helping for back problems - but if not for her asking (and us knowing she couldn't buy something like it), I'd still have it.

The treadmill here looks weak, but the bike could be OK (though it certainly may suck - hard to say).
