This model is is one of the best Business & Productivity Laptop with superb Build quality, bright and color accurate display and pretty solid CPU and GPU performance. The Connectivity options are also exotic, with NFC, 2x Thunderbolt 3 port, 2x HDMI, pretty rare at this price point. The Battery is also a very big 96 WHr one. Security wise, it supports Windows Hello.

The Woot information is really basic and it does not cover any specific details. So, I did some research and added the informations in the spec. The model number for this specific SKU is 4XS07UT#ABA. You can get the more detailed spec from below:

Pretty good deal for a business/enterprise class laptop, just pointing out that from the QuickSpec/Datasheet it looks like it has one HDMI 2.0 output. The discrete graphics version has the HDMI 1.4 output.

Exactly opposite, I again checked. The discreet GPU has hdmi 2.0 and that is logical as well because Intel UHD 630 doesn't support native hdmi 2.0. it supports b4k 60 hz via Display port and manufacturers need to include internal display port to HDMI 2.0 converter for 4k 60 hz output.

It has only one HDMI port, based on product images.

You are correct my friend and thanks for pointing out. It looks like we misunderstood the statement from HP. I guess what they meant is that when it is running in integrated Graphics, the HDMi port can only works in HDMI 1.4 spec and while running the dedicated Graphics, it runs on HDMI 2.0 port.

Looking for an office friendly slash casual gaming laptop like this that I can buy on amazon and this checks all my requirements except that it's hp. Never owned a hp laptop and afraid about the build. Otherwise the specs are looking good and perfect for my day to day use.

Good specs, per notebookcheck, the fans kick-in way sooner than it needs to, meaning its going to be louder than most laptops.

My company was just paying $2500 or more for these from CDW, my understanding the 1050 line is discontinued. (so I was told)

The build quality is very good and way better than any Consumer laptop at this price point. The whole chassis is built using CNC aluminum and has lot of durability certification like shock, drop, spill, extreme temperature. This is a very high end model from HP business line with premium customer support included. Check anywhere else and you'll find that this is over $2000.
