QLC vs TLC NANDs: FYI, QLC chips are cheaper to manufacture, but unfortunately are less durable than TLC! That's why the QVO has a shorter warranty time. So when you decide between QLC vs TLC, consider how you will use your SSD drive. If you need a fast boot drive and mostly play games, QLC works fine b/c there won't be a lot of writes onto the drive (it's the writing on SSDs that deteriorates NANDs). If you do a lot of video editing, you are better off with TLC or even MLC drives!

If the explanation was too technical, pls Google the differences between SLC, MLC, TLC, and QLC NANDs. The above was only a summary.

OP - you need to add the SSD size to your post.

To those wondering, but don't want to click the link, it's a 500GB drive.

OP you need to list the type of SSD. To those wondering, it's a SATA III.

So is this going to be the best price for this drive? I've been waiting to pick one up, was really hoping for it to be on sale for $50 or less.

The same item is $99.99 at Staples which comes out to $54.99 after 110% PM to OD.

If you purchase in-store at the Kiosk and PM to Office Depot (YMMV)

$99.99 - $59.99 = $40.00

$40 x 110% = $44.00

$99.99 - $44.00 = $54.99 plus Tax
