If an OTA antenna won't work for you maybe try Locast https://www.locast.org/
Using Locast here in Atlanta area. Works great. $5/mo

you cant get pbs over the air?
No. 1, OTA won't help you if you want the back catalog of shows. No. 2, if you like to watch with a dvr and don't have one, then you have to buy that too, which still only lets you record what's airing from the time you get it and not the back catalog. And No. 3, I've seen many people say their ota reception is crap due to where they live.

Seriously considering PBS. Anyone have any thoughts on it?
There are 3 pbs options here. I would look at what you want out of those, and also at what you get with PBS Passport at $5 from PBS. If one of the 3 does it for you, I'd just get that; if you need more than one, look at Passport. I have no idea if Passport includes all the back catalog on the Amazon channels, you'd need to look. I just got PBS Masterpiece for now. I have Youtube TV and it's supposed to get pbs sometime, and when it does I won't subscribe to any pay pbs.

I'd skip CBS all access because I've signed up for a week trial in the past and have gotten 2 months free when I went to cancel. Ymmv.

Assuming you can't use no rush credits for these? TIA
Don't think so. Just finished a similar deal for Showtime and they charged my card even though I had plenty of no rush credit, especially for the last month.

I've had CBS just for Star Trek. Couldn't find much worth watching.

Agreed. We ONLY keep cable for the sports. If my hubby could get the PAC12 network any other way, we'd cancel it and only stream.

Anyone know how long we have to sign up? I don't want to miss this deal. However, original programing (ie Picard) is still weeks away and I want to stretch those three months out as long as possible.

Shudder has a reboot of Creepshow that I've heard is pretty good. Might give that a shot
