That's awesome... I've been wanting to get Visio since a long time ago when I paid decent money for Visio Home... When I've checked thru my HUP Visio was never offered... Great find!

To check if you're eligible, open a different browser profile you're not signed into your Microsoft account with. Enter your work email address in the Get started field, then click Get started. Good luck.

UPDATE: I got it to work and picked up my $14.99 license. Here's how:

1) Open a different browser profile you're not signed into your Microsoft account with
2) Enter your work email address in the Get started field
3) Click Get started
4) Check the inbox for the work email address you entered in Step 2. You should eventually see an email from Microsoft. If you are eligible, the subject line will literally say "You're eligible for the Microsoft Home Use Program"
5) Open the email from the previous step and click the Login with Personal Account link
6) If clicking the above link loads a page with discounted Office 365 pricing, skip to Step 7. If it takes you to the Office.com landing page with your files and apps, go back to the email and and click the link again. You should see the page with discounted Office 365 pricing listed loaded
7) Scroll down the discounted pricing page. Below the 2 Office 365 pricing options should be the Visio Professional 2019 and Project Professional 2019 purchase options
8) Click the Visio Professional 2019 purchase link. The Visio Professional 2019 Microsoft Store product page should load in a new tab with the discounted pricing
9) Complete the purchase process. Don't forget to use Rakuten/urlhasbeenblocked if you have the extension, as Microsoft is giving up to 3.5% cash back on purchases
10) Note the product key you get at the end of the purchase process
11) Wait for the purchase receipt to appear in your personal email address inbox corresponding to the email address you linked to your work email in Step 5
12) Once the purchase receipt appears, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ using your personal email address. You should see Visio Professional 2019 listed among the services there. You can download and install it from the corresponding link

Hope that helps everyone.

Yes, jdrch is correct. You have to validate your work email qualifies for the discount for HUP program. Once you get the confirmation email to your work email. Click the link in the email to get to the MS site. Visio is listed under other office product. Clicking Visio would show the $14.99 if email qualifies.

I did this quite a few times, you are presented with a box to enter in your email (work or education). I got the confirmation email, clicked the link, however, it forces you to sign in with a MS login. I only see Visio Pro at $530, maybe its only certain companies?

Looks like they have made changes... in the FAQ found this:

What has changed with the Home Use Program?
Microsoft is updating the Home Use Program to offer discounts on the latest and most up to date products such as Office 365, which is always up to date with premium versions of Office apps across all your devices. Office Professional Plus 2019 and Office Home and Business 2019 are no longer available as Home Use Program offers.
Why am I not seeing an option to purchase Visio Professional 2019 and/or Project Professional 2019?
If you are a customer of the previous program looking for discounts on Visio Professional 2019, and/or Project Professional 2019 please go through the eligibility validation process and, once signed in with your personal Microsoft account, go to the "Other Office products" to purchase these products. If you do not see expected discounts applied, please contact your employer's Home Use Program administrator to ask about these additional benefits.

Thanks for OP's sharing. But this deal is really hard to reproduce. So should put YMMV in the title.

I have two EDU emails and one work email. Through all of them, I got the same attached results. I screenshot every steps so those who figured out why can enlighten me. Note I have to use my personal microsoft account to sign in, as, if I tried to use work/edu email (they also have microsoft accounts for onedrive), the system will redirect me back to the microsoft account log in page. So no way to proceed with a non-personal Microsoft account.

My personal guess is that, even though most work/edu email will "qualify", but different employers will result in different discounts (think about varying wireless carrier discounts depending on exact employer). Obviously OP's employer has some good relationship with Microsoft. Years ago, my employer has some cozy relationship with microsoft. It was then that I bought my office 2016 (@$9.99?) through HUP . But now I can't get new discount...

Dang, it used to have Office 2019 for $14.99 as well. you didn't get onedrive or updates (aside from security), but at least you had the license indefinitely.
