thats not the same laptop. different sizes. this one is smaller.. as long as we can figure out why its 3lbs we might make some sense.

Impressive looking a specs. Consider getting it for a family member (who doesn't game) just because it looks cosmetically nice and solid. I found this listed in the description, and chuckled:

Ultra-light 7.49 lbs
This better or the Costco HP with the 10th gen 1g¿

Just return the one you ordered before and order one today before it expires. I tried to go through CSR but they were useless. Hopefully u have shoprunner or their free vip for free returns.

We need a slickdeal on hand weights. If I see someone else say a 4lb laptop is too heavy I'm gonna hurl. I carry a 4lb laptop while open with one hand. And about the only exercise I can be charged with is 12oz curls.

Non returnable items

Following items cannot be returned once opened

Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack".

Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed.

Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water.
Expect the no-returns or exchange only for laptops from everyone, including Costco, before long. Too many people buying multiple units to 'try' and return the ones they don't like. Or worse, folks opening them to upgrade them and breaking them, then returning them as DOA.

This is 2019, almost 2020, they still do rebate, the mail in kind.
I did the same double-take. I haven't seen many MIR's this year and the few I did see I passed on. Granted I've gotten all but one out of a zillion rebates and the one company went out of business before paying it but its a PITA when someone else usually has it or something similar for the same AR price.

What was killing me was the rebates were coming on some cheap paper stock the size of a postcard, highly likely to disappear in the mail or get stuck inside a flyer or magazine I was going to toss out.

I emailed CSR at around 2pm and haven't heard a peep so I just re-bought and will return the one I have via Shopprunner.

Useless is apt.
