Why the hell would anyone get this? New for 620 at Costco.

Amazon has note 10+ for 899 with 20 percent back and free buds that you can return.

Thumbs down 4 OP
1. Someone who does not have a Costco membership
2. Someone who does not have an Amazon CC
3. Someone who is on a Prepaid plan

Sorry, I'm going to be pulling your leg a bit but honestly if you're meeting all 3 of those criteria then perhaps you shouldn't be looking to buy a $500+ device considering your financials LMAO
honestly I returned my note10 I bought from the amazon 20% off deal and I'm buying this. Total will be around 628 after tax. The Costco deal requires tmobile service and also you need to use it to unlock it after 40 days. This is pretty much new phones and if not you just return to amazon.

also, I'd also like to point out a lot of poorer people still like to have the latest phones and I see people in the poorest neighborhoods with newer phones than me. I don't think your financials have anything to do with where you spend your money.

In that case let's also assume that anyone on SD is not well off because no one with wealth needs to waste time scrounging for deals here.

What is up with the hostility in this thread?

I don't have a Costco near me, so I don't have a membership.. I do have an Amazon credit card, though I'm not sure what this has to do with the deal. As for number 3, I use prepaid because I get way more for a whole lot less money. I could get a postpaid plan, but why would I? Google Fi, Cricket, Straight Talk, etc. all give better data plans at the price point than their post paid counterparts. I have unlimited everything for $55/month (tax inclusive) with tethering. An equivalent plan with AT&T would run me $75+taxes per month. I also don't pay $40 activation fees when I change phones.

Being on a prepaid plan doesn't in any way indicate you are poor or don't want the latest devices.

I pay $40 a month for unlimited Visible service. also I buy the latest phone open box several months after launch and sell the one I had before that for a hundred to two hundred dollars less than I bought it the year before. My math has always worked that is financially beneficial for me to do what I have been doing.

I like my money and will always do my best to make a dollar go further. You do you.

yes it is and you need to use it for 40 days to get it unlocked. Which is the hard part of asking someone else with tmobile to buy it for you.

also, this thread isn't getting much love because a lot of people are buying up the stock for resale. every time I check there are fewer and fewer phones available.

Most of the wealthy people that I know are the ones scrounging for deals such as these. They got wealthy by doing such things.
